Called to make an appointment and the First Lady couldnt help me named Jesy then she handed the phone over to this lady name Linda and omg what a messs they do not know what the heck they are doing I will never recommend this place couldnt even set up an appointment.

I feel so fortunate to be a patient here! The care is totally professional and progressive. My perioscopy results were so dramatic and Amy's patience and skills are so above-and-beyond! I totally feel that their recommendations are on target and I trust Dr. Watkins and Amy totally!

I had dental perioscopy in July/August 2023 with Amy in Dr. Watkins' office. Having had botched dental surgery by a different dentist in the past, I had developed significant dental anxiety. Amy was terrific in calming me down and providing reassurance throughout the procedure. I just went in for a check-up and my 5s and 6s are reduced to 2s, 3s and a couple of 4s and maintaining. I no longer have bleeding issues and my teeth no longer feel like they are shifting around in my mouth. I went in for the procedure terrified I was going to lose my teeth. If you are desperate for a solution and considering laser surgery, I strongly urge you to consider dental perioscopy with Amy. Full disclosure on the cost -- my insurance would not cover it and it is not cheap, but so worth every penny I paid to save my teeth.

While Dr. Watkins was wonderful and very pleasant he is not the issue. I was referred to Dr. Watkins by my dentist for an implant. My first visit I had no idea on what to expect or what anything would cost. I was taken care of by a lady (I cant remember her name) whom I assumed was over the finances. She went over a treatment plan with me, explained this is what I needed to get done and once my gums were ready I would get my implant. I EXPLAINED TO HER I COULD NOT AFFORD THIS. She advised me I could apply for a CareCredit cat to cover and pay off in a year to avoid interest. Me not knowing anything agreed to this cost and here is where I was totally stupid, little did i know that the price I was quoted was only the beginning. So fast forward, Im waiting on gums to heal so I can get my implant. I went in for Dr. Watkins to check, he said they were healing nicely, come back in a few weeks. Still being stupid, I got a bill, wondering why because I thought I paid for everything already ( real stupid to think that). I called the office and the lady I spoke with to my horror advised me that it was only the beginning and would cost so much more. I was totally devastated!! I told the First Lady I could not afford this and not once did she advise me I was going to have to pay more. I feel so deceived!! But Im an adult and it was my responsibility to do my homework and ask questions which I did neither. Again I say Dr. Watkins was great but please as far as the financial aspect, know what you are getting yourself into.
