Technician is marvelous. The apointment was at 9 and there was a traffic jam that he was caught it in. He called me that he was going to b late. He arrived just a little later. I had not seen him for several years. He fixed all of my problems and then some until I became too tired and I had to ask him to leave. For all he did, PChelpForce was extrememly reasonable. I am a senior citizen and I appreciated the tutelage that he provided as he very efficiently worked. Also, this is just a little something. I am very short and he sat in my short chair. He worked in my home. I would use PCHelp force again and reccommend them highly, which I have done to friends.
