        Working with Avison Young , specifically Jack Elder, was east. He was very professional, overly accommodating, and is well versed in closing a deal to the benefit of his client. Got me the office I wanted with all the concessions, and some. Even though it wasnt a massive property, he treated it as if I closed in an entire sky scraper. First class group all the way. Would not only recommend, but look forward to working with them in the future.

        Do not do business with this broker. They are 100% a fraud. They misrepresent their properties. When you bring up known issues it goes on deaf ears. Drew Sampson, our agent, being the worst of them all. Be careful of this broker.
