        Renee Cuellar is irresponsible, unethical and a fraud. She never ordered my daughters dress, she took off many girls dress and money and wiped her store clean with no answers to anyone! She needs to be put in jail for scamming people.

        I got my dress here and fell in love with it. the owner and the lady who had helped me are so nice !! I was nervous at first but both lady and owner had me feel comfortable !

        Awful costumer service. Messed up my nieces dress completely and did things we never asked for to the dress and blamed us completely for it and lost the paper with our requests. Horrible communication (ignored my calls). Very disrespectful while yelling at us and talking over us even though they knew they messed up. They knew they messed up but didnt want to own up to it.
