        Moo I walked in the store right now today February 27th 2024 I was unable to text I like to talk as I text so I walked in the store and this young man moo I explained to him what I needed done the young man took my phone he did not put it down until I was satisfied I am doing what I wanted to do I am pleased satisfied this is what customer service is about I am pleased and thanks moo I am once again a happy Metro customer

        Don't do the home WI Fi...got charged and had to pay 60.00 for a month of service that i did not have, they will not refund or your accounts basically you're just giving metro your money.......yes the deal for internet sounds like a great deal but really it's NOT!!!!!!!!!
