Attended a friends wedding and had the pleasure to eat some really good barbecue , Q fire catering employees were very accommodating, and the food was excellent the meat melts in your mouth, every thing was flavorful and filling, I booked them for my upcoming event in May. Im sure the food will be just as good. So excited!

Chef Terry was very helpful to us in selecting a winner menu for our event. The meal was a big hit, delicious. We hope to enjoy Chef Terry's food creations many times in the future.

My Family recently gathered in Arizona to Celebrate Our Mother's 90th Birthday. Being foodies and some of us serious COOKS we dreaded the idea of searching for a Caterer to prepare a meal that we thought we may be able to pull off ourselves. Well, Chef Terry assured me that we would be pleased and he did not disappoint. The ribs were succulent, well seasoned, and falling off the bone. The Tri-tip beef was moist and of great quality, as was the grilled chicken. The Shrimp Alfredo had our guests coming back for seconds and thirds because it was so delish. Let's not forget the bottle of BBQ Sauce that I am still enjoying today....EVERYONE at the party, especially the Honoree, My Mommy, talked about how excellent the food was, and how did I find out about Chef Terry and Q-Fire. I am so glad we decided to relax and have Chef Terry cater the most delicious meal ever for such a memorable occasion. Thank You Chef Terry! Heads Up~You will be catering Our Annual Mother's Day celebration in May :)

Terry and his team at Qfire did an excellent job serving our wedding. We had a very large wedding of over 350 guests. Qfire manned an appetizer grazing station during our cocktail hour and served dinner to all guests Plated style. Dinner was grilled on-site, so it was fresh and hot which was a big appeal to having Qfire cater our wedding. We were able to give all of our guests their choice of chicken breast, brisket, salmon, or portobello mushroom and everyone also got potatoes and broccoli on the side. All of the proteins were excellent and the potatoes were also AMAZING. Qifre also took care of cake cutting. I would highly recommend Qfire to anybody who is considering having them cater their wedding or event!

Happy to check out a catering quote, tho my company didn't decide on going with them, he was professional on the phone and got the quote over to me within hours. I will be going to check out the food soon. Thank you for getting back to me and helping answer my questions.
