Freaky slow. I'm done with this place. Every time I come to this location it takes me 10-15 minutes to get a sandwich regardless of how busy it is. Not only are they slow they're either out of bread, aren't taking orders that weren't placed online, or screw up your order.

This is by far the worst Jimmy John's location I have ever been to. The wait times are ridiculous, especially for orders placed through their app. I've given them several chances as it is the location closest to my home but I will not be going back. This location is always criminally understaffed resulting in wait times of 30+ minutes for 2 sandwiches. They have also periodically locked their doors and refused to take any in person orders, telling us to order through the app and use curbside pickup because they only had one employee working. Aside from being nowhere near "freaky fast" The sandwiches are always just ok,

If the staff could get off their phones, greet customers, wash their hands, and make sandwiches that would be great. This is the second time I've walked out of this empty location. Does the owner even check on this place?

Not freaky fast really slow in fact. And I walked in when no other customers were there. I asked for a sandwich with no mayo, and my sandwich was made with mayo. i even tipped $2 (of course before my sandwich was made)
