        Paul from Phoenix Carpet and Upholstery is the best! This is the second time he has cleaned our carpet and he never disappoints. He is always on time and so quick to respond. We live on the third floor of an apartment complex without an elevator and he more than willingly hikes up those stairs with equipment in hand and completes the job.
