These guys were awesome! Very knowledgeable, responsive, on-time and they treated our home/furniture like it was their own. Additionally, there was a special we were not aware of until after our first rug but they honored the special. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional company to clean their rugs.

Southwest Rug Cleaning exceeded all my expectations! From the start, Ramshad was clear about the different services and was completely upfront about the what my elderly mothers rugs needed. They picked up her rugs, saw one was damaged a glued it at no additional charge instead of trying to upsell us on reweaving the corner. Ramshad and his brother delivered the rug back to my mother and worked with her patiently to get it placed perfectly. The rugs look better than they have in years and there was no residual odor from cleaning! These folks are very kind, compassionate, and good at what they do. Theyve earned my business for life!

SW Rug Cleaning service was superb! Our rugs were picked up, cleaned beautifully, and actually they kept them until we could get moved before returning them to us! We hardly recognized our rugs! They were beautiful and so clean. The service went that extra mile to do the job we needed and wanted. They assisted us in finding the right location for our rugs in our new home. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a good job done with lots of extra care!

Im in the early stage so I will post again when the rugs have been cleaned. My rugs were picked up today and I cant begin to describe the amazing experience. Ramshad was so kind and so knowledgeable. He was able to tell me where each rug was made and whether or not I would need a new pad under each one. Without being told he seemed to pick up on the fact that I had recently lost my husband and was making a major life change. He treated me with great compassion and left me feeling confident that I made the right decision in calling him.

Do not trust your fine rugs with any other service in town! This family run business knows the rug trade like no one else. Ramshad and his crew are the very best. I have been to their spotless, state of the art facility and it is the finest anywhere. Rashads family also owns the very reputable PV Rugs in Scottsdale if you want to purchase a new rug and not get a bunch of smoke and mirrors. These are the people you can trust. Honest and very fairly priced!
