The guys at Southwest Rug Cleaning did a fabulous job hand washing my viscose area rug. I have heard that viscose rugs are known to be very difficult to get cleaned and unfortunately yellow if not dried properly. After taking a look at their website, which described their entire cleaning process and also talking to Ramshad I had a very good feeling my rug was in the right hands. Lo and behold the choice to go with them was the right one. I couldn't be more happy when I saw my viscose rug after cleaning. Will be using them for my future rug cleaning and servicing needs! I own a rug store here in Scottsdale Arizona and had Southwest Rug Cleaning take care of the cleaning of my fine Persian and antique rugs. Theyre mad scientists of oriental rug cleaning. They cleaned my very delicate and irreplaceable persian isfahan rug that was passed down to me.
