Horrible service. Stay far away. Rented a car for my family trip and they cancelled the day of. Received email the day of the trip to send drivers license and proof of insurance, upon logging in to do so, it stated trip was cancelled. No number to call. Texted the number which said trip was cancelled due to no payment. However, received confirmation email of reservation and an email the same day I was to pick up. No response from number upon pointing this out. Total scam

It was terrible experience with snapcarz since they charged lot of additional amount. I donot recommend at all for long trips since they are charging more money if miles crosses 150 per day which is not acceptable. All other rentals have unlimited miles.

$222.5 extra manual fee? I had a terrible experience of booking a car last week through Kayak. The company SnapCarZ in Phoenix charged me $222.5 on top of the $156.04 two-day booking. When I asked why, they told me the car has 300-mile limit and each additional mile is $1.5. I did not get notified about this 300-mile limit when I booked the car on Kayak at all. I felt they set the trap by hiding this 150-mile per day limit for more customers. I wish I can get the $222.5 back and Kayak display this milage limit for future customers as well. If I knew this limit, I'll go with another company instead.

BEWARE BEFORE BOOKING A CAR WITH THEM Like the other reviewers, I also had a horrible experience. After booking the service and paying the total price and all fees listed, they emailed me with a follow up message saying there will be an additional fee I have to pay when I pick up the car. I asked where on the listing did it say there was another fee and the owner said it was in the description. When I called to talk to him directly he finally admitted it wasn't in the listing. He got offended that he got caught and ended the call. A minute later I get a message saying that my reservation has been cancelled. Businesses with shady business practices give honest business owners a bad name. I've rented plenty of cars in the past and never had a single issue.
