This is the worst run bank I have ever been to. I am currently re-opening my account in the HALLWAY, while others are in office. Giving out my social security # with people in the lobby. This is a disgrace and the worst service I have experienced. This is why this bank is failing. This is why Chase is a primary account and PNC just a secondary account. DISGRACEFUL

This is a terrible bank to do business with I'm on Social Security Income the blocked my account and told me I don't fit in. What's that about if you can tell me because I sure haven't got a clue today is the 5th of February still no check can't pay my rent or anything. So if you can't trust your bank who can you trust? Do bank with PNC there a terrible bank.
