PNC Bank

They made a BIG mistake when they setup the accounts about 2 years ago. They transferred the accounts from BBVA Compass and listed me as two different people - one under my maiden name and one under my married name. This has caused me an incredible amount of grief as all my ID was in my married name and the maiden name was listed as the "primary" account holder. After TWO YEARS, phone calls and in-person visits to try to fix this problem, I decided to close out my account and credit card. I get hassled about who is this "primary" account holder, yet again!!! Once they make a mistake, they CAN NOT UPDATE THEIR SYSTEMS! I can not "trust" a financial institution that is this poorly run!

I have an account at PNC. I drove 45 miles for notary services for home docs. I called ahead for an appointment and told them what I needed and they said that was fine. I got there and was told by Colton that they only notarize home loans financed through PNC. He told me that I should have been told that when I called. Unbelievable. Never going back and thinking about moving my accounts.

PNC BANK should be very proud! Once walking in i felt welcomed! They have nice friendly staff. Lesley helped me open a bank account & during the process not only did she help me as a banker but as a friend. I have a 1yr old who is very active! & Lesly understood the day i came in was my only day off & i needed to get things done. She gave my baby a coloring book & kept her entertained all while answering any questions i had! I really appreciate my experience with Lesley & the whole pnc bank. Im so glad i chose this bank :)(:
