    I have been taking my 15 year old Honda Pilot to Tony's for many years. The service is exceptional and I don't ever feel that I am being pushed into repairs that are not necessary at that time. Many times I am given the option of doing them now or maybe they can wait. Dan is always polite and helpful. Went in for a major repair and while it was there Anthony found a way to fix the side of my driver's seat that had broken and was hanging. When I picked it up I was pleasantly surprised that it was fixed. That's the kind of service you get at Tony's!

    Worst worst service ever!!! Tried to call to make an appointment. The person who answered said he was the owner acted like a Spoiled Brat! I know now why no one wants to work there. Awful. Why do you offer repairs. AND LIKE YOU SAID " I GUESS YOU WILL HAVE TO JUST KEEP CALLING. GOOD LUCK!

    I offered the maintenance guy outside $20 to help simply install my license plate. He took me inside and I'm assuming the owner, "Tony" wanted to charge me $50. I was waiting for the, just kidding" part, but he was dead serious. With that kind of price gouging, I cant imagine what it's like on a larger scale. Jiffy Lube Installed my plate and only charged $4 for screws, and got a $20 tip.

Juan, when I received the call you stated your name was Victor Gonzales then you asked if I was the manager or owner. My first response was to say, "How Can I help you, Victor?" We get a number of sales calls daily so asking if we can help is our best way to determine if the person calling is a customer or a sales call. You then replied with a harsh tone, "Answer my question first." I responded to you by saying, " I am the owner." Then before the discussion went further you said, "Now, that was not so hard was it!" After that I let you know that you could call around for help from another shop because I didn't see our interaction being a positive one for our business. I hope you were able to find a shop you could work with. Dan
