Walked in without an appointment got i right away and was well taken care by Skylar at the front counter and Raul took the time to show me what was going on with the car. I noticed an immediate improvement in the parking brake after the oil change and clean & adjust of the rear brakes.

The two gentlemen at the front or more than helpful I got more help out of this location than I have any other location went to three locations before this and the people were so incompetent they can't even do their jobs right they couldn't figure it out and they had no idea what to do this location always 100% amazing amazing amazing I will drive 65 miles just to go to this location every time I need to thank you very much Firestone for being so great at this location.

I have spent about $1800 with Firestone since 2016. Sunday, March 2, went out and discovered my car had a low tire. I put air in it and it was getting late in the afternoon, so I went to Firestone. The hours of operation are listed to 5 pm on Sunday. It was 3:55 pm when I went in. The man at the counter said they were getting ready to close and were just finishing up with the final customer. I said I just wanted to get the tire looked at because I think it had a slow leak. He said I could bring it back in the morning. I said no, I am a teacher and I need to be at school early and I work until 4 pm. So he looked up other shops for me that were open. They probably could have fixed the tire by this time, but he said there was a shop at 43rd and Olive. The shop where I was is located at 12th St and E Bell Rd. I was very disappointed in the non-service I received at Firestone and will not be going back. I went home and will deal with the tire in the morning. I will call in late and get to work as soon as I can.
