Rosemonte Assisted Living Home

Today a second client of CareWise, in the last month, decided that Rosemonte Assisted Living was the perfect home for their mother. As a referral agent that's toured hundreds of homes throughout the valley I can offer a couple of insights as to why I think families choose Rosemonte. First, the lady residents are amazing! They truly care for each other and enjoy each others company. Secondly, the two primary female caregivers are knowledgeable, warm and caring, their interactions with the residents are more akin to a familial relationship as opposed to a professional caregiver and resident relationship. The back-up caregiver George gives families peace of mind knowing that care will never meet a physical barrier (I.E., lifting a bedbound resident). The facility itself is modern and clean, but it does not have an ultra-modern uncomfortable feel. Last and certainly not least, the food. I've been to this facility on three different occasions and each visit was during a mealtime. The meals are extremely appetizing, cooked from scratch and very much enjoyed by the laddies. If you look through my google profile you will see that I don't often review care homes and none have been so glowing...it's for a reason! You won't be disappointed considering this facility for your loved one.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I wanted to make sure this place gets the recognition it deserves! We were shown many different group homes and this one stood among the rest because it didn't feel like a medical facility and the caregivers are genuine and caring which is what my mom needed. The home was recently remodeled and absolutely beautiful and extremely clean! My family and I always feel welcomed as we are greeted with hugs, kisses and handshakes not only from the caregivers but the residents as well! I have tasted many of the wonderful meals and treats they have had there, everything is made from scratch and keep the residents well fed! They keep me up to date with my mom's progress and they also provide nurses to come check on her regularly. I was expecting my 2nd child and was limited on my availability to help my mom, but they were there to step in and make sure she got everything she needed even if it meant going above and beyond their regular duties! They keep diligent records about my mom's history and medications, provide support all hours of the day or night. This house is roomy for wheelchairs and walkers, the doors are always locked and feels very safe. It's hard not to spend a lot of time here not only visiting my mom, but with everyone else as well because they have been like an extended family to me. My mom has had a significant turn around being in their care, we are both glad she decided this home and are forever grateful for love and attention she's received!
