        We moved in a little over two months ago. The move-in experience was super easy. Diana, Isaiah and Ashley have all been super helpful and incredibly nice. I have put in several work orders and maintenance has been quick to take care of everything weve needed with no further issues. We love living here and consider it our home. UPDATE: We have lived here now for 5 months. I cant say enough about the staff here! Especially Mike, the maintenance guy. Hes been amazing and is always so helpful! Its apparent that he has years of experience in this job. This place wouldnt be the same without him! Mike is definitely an asset to Granite Bay!.

        Screw this place like any other. They run a report, go based solely on 1 report without looking into it to see what they denied us for was PAID IN FULL. without as much as a conversation with me about it. If this is how they do people, we want no part of it.

      Our community offers versatile one, two and three bedroom apartment homes. Our floor plans are spacious and inviting. You will love swimming in one of our four large swimming pools or relaxing in our indoor heated Jacuzzi. Getting into shape is made easy with our on-site full body workout center. Residents enjoy using the beautiful clubhouse for personal gatherings. We also have a business center available for those little emergencies when your home printer runs out of ink.
