I have lived here for 4 years and I have never encountered such a rude and arrogant person. I should not work with the public or maintenance because if he is going to come to my house to talk harshly, I prefer that he not come, I don't like people who yell at me, They've already gone twice, the truth is I don't know what they have against me or I don't know if it's because I'm Latina and I don't speak much English, I should respect the residents because here everyone pays the same, because I'm Latina or not I don't care They give away my rent so that the maintenance man comes to yell at me, I should speak with respect whoever it is... Honestly apartments are nice. Maintenance requests may take some time but they will get them done. Worst part for me was noisy neighbors that fought, yelled, made lots of noise all night long and had no consideration for their neighbors. Nothing is ever done about it. So many other issues but the noise and fighting was the driving point into my score

I read the Google reviews before I visited the property. I went in with an open mind. I have to say that I am believing the bad reviews. A woman was complaining about something leaking that hadn't yet been fixed. The gates were wide open, so anyone can just walk in without any worry. The 1st floor apartments are right on the pathway, so very easy to try to break in. There is no elevator, and the stairwell seemed to move when you walked up and down them. I think the Google reviews are quite accurate.
