Just imagine waking up every Monday at 7am whether you need to or not to the noises of 11 different landscaping machines on your window now imagine that multiple times a week. Live at Liv get no more sleep. Sadly I reached out to the management team about this multiple times and nothing was ever done. The management team is always kind, and tries to be helpful and that is why I have given it two stars.

My experience so far has been great. I moved in just in time to enjoy the free pancakes Saturday and when I arrived at the event there were pancakes, sausage, juice, coffee and tea, fruit and yogurt. It was basically a free breakfast bar. Maintenance has always taken care of any issues in my unit, very minor issues. I love the bark park for my dog and the car care area is just what I needed. I don't know of any other apartment complex that offers these amenities. I hope the staff continues to keep this place running as is, as a tenant I truly do appreciate their hard work and I am loving this community.

My husband and I have been living here for just over a year now. We are moving to Texas now, but we've loved our time at LIV and are sad to leave. Our apartment is cute and updated and has a good amount of storage space for us. The community is awesome with lots to do. Two pools, a jacuzzi, a gym, a dog park, yoga, happy hours, activities... And the staff is super friendly and helpful. We put in a few maintenance requests while we've been here and they finish the same day every time. Great place to live!

Liv is the only place I recommend who is having family and an electric car. The activities for kids and adults are awesome. And at the end of the day you need not worry about soaring costs of gasoline. Liv has 3 electric chargers and it's a no brainer for anyone who has EV to Liv in Liv. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
