The Eclipse apartments has brought myself and my family great comfort in calling this place home the apartment manager is absolutely amazing Miriam does her best to make sure everyone is happy and satisfied .

I been here for 7 years this last year with a new manager she been professional , getting thing done when needed.she alway on top of thing an doing the best she can. Over all this place is OK! The only thing it needs is more room for kids to play.

I been living in this apartment for about a month and as for my first apartment, I wouldn't asked for anything better. My apartment is clean from roaches and maintenance is always ready to help me out when I'm having trouble. Furthermore , since Christmas is coming up they provided each of the residents special gift!! The staff here are helpful and welcoming to me that makes living here more pleasurable.

I'll be up front and say that the place isn't perfect, hence the 4 star rating. The apartments are old and stuff breaks, and the maintenance guys are overworked and may not always fix it right that second. That said, the place is nice. It's really quiet despite being next to the Interstate, when things break, they do get fixed relatively quickly, and more importantly, the place is affordable. It's also really clean, inside and out. For a one bedroom apartment, all of your utilities are included with rent except for internet, and for a place in central Phoenix to have all of that and stay right around the $1k mark even after taxes and everything is impressive. More so that there's no bugs or rats or the like. If you're on a tight budget (and who isn't these days), I'd recommend giving them a look when you need an apartment in central Phoenix.

Please disregard any negative comments from tenants/ previous tenants. I've lived here almost 5 years and have made friends. And there is affordable living in Phoenix. The community here is friendly and respectful. The landlady/ office is responsive and laid back. You could do a lot worse than live here.
