image I've had some issues in the past. However, new management took over and Kyle has helped me a lot. Super nice guy and did everything he could to resolve my issue. Took time to sit down and talk to me instead of blowing me off. He got things taken care of. The whole staff has been nothing but great to me and always super nice when I go in. I would recommend living at the Arts District.

image My wife and I moved here in January. At first everything seemed ok. The apartment itself is fine, but there have been some problems like paint peels off the wall this ease, the walls are thin, there was moldy shower grout, and shower tile grout cracks - even after being fixed twice. The larger issue is the constant noise from the pool area, during the week and on weekends. Either management or a resident has been renting units to people who are clearly on vacation so the pool area is crowded and loud. A new management company purchased the building, so well have to see if that changes.

image Update 5 months in: We still like it a lot here. Maintenance staff have been very kind and helpful, as have other staff we've met. The property is beautiful and management is responsive. I have two primary complaints. First, they make it difficult to use the amenities by closing them early or on holidays. Even when they are open, they set really strict rules only to not enforce them. If you're going to have a rule that no more than 2 guests per unit can be in the amenity space, I'm going to follow that and never get to enjoy the amenity. So to then look out my balcony and see a very loud children's birthday party or family reunion is frustrating. Either let them be used openly so that I can enjoy it too without fear of being fined or actually enforce the rule if you want a calm party-free amenity space. Second, why aren't there cameras in the garage when so many people have had issues with car and property theft? When people have had things stolen either from the garage or in front of their door (which happens, to no fault of management as it is a secure building), I think they'd rather take a hands off approach than let you post signs looking for your items or have security footage to assist you.
Original review:
We moved in a few weeks ago and have had a great experience so far. There is a dedicated dog run that our dog loves, we hardly hear our neighbors, and maintenance was very quick to fix our minor issues at move-in. The running water at the pool makes interior units so peaceful and immune to the Central Phoenix road noise. Great gym, pool, package reception, etc. It feels like home already, and we just got here! We'll update with our experience a few months in.

image Arts District is by far my favorite complex that Ive lived at! The overall atmosphere, and ambiance makes it feel like a complete home. The staff is absolutely amazing, and not to mention the quick turn around for maintenance request. The location is super convenient to literally everything youd need. Lastly, the amenities are top tier from the pool area, to the 2 story gym, as well as the game room. Absolutely love the Arts District!

image I had rated them 5 stars in the past and had over 500 hits on my comment. Now I am changing that too 1 star, do to their poor customer service. It is suppose to be under new management, I bet there rating goes down fast since they dont really seem to want to talk or communicate to the residents they have.
I felt like my question was blown off by Kyle who told me they are new management and wont have an answer to my question till next month. There is no portal set up to make payments, he said to give them time to set that up, but it would seem that with a take over they missed some important steps. They seem to think its of to keep the residents in limbo as to the rent increase. A sad time for residents at Green Leaf Apartments I thought wow they are really going to get things in place, but that has not happened thus far.
Look at all your options, or give them some time to work out the kinks, I just dont have that time to wait.
From 5 stars to 1 star in a blink of an eye!
I found GLAD over a year and a half ago, I had a major life change, and moving here to the two story unit was a great decision.
It is a great upscale apartment complex with an array of amenities- including secure entrances, multiple club rooms with TV's & cable, a stunning pool area, two story gym, secure mail, and so much more! Additionally the receptionists and management are always kind and accommodating, and let me say I always seem to have a question about something, and they are always there to help with my my/your needs. Whenever I place a maintenance request it is completed in a timely manner. (the maintenance staff is Fantastic too). when my wine bar went they were right on it.
They also keep the common grounds extremely clean.
Yes there is a dog area too.
