Parker Apartments | Uptown Phoenix Apartments

I've lived here about 4 months and if I can say anything it is to NOT LIVE HERE. Horrible management, no response, huge lack of accountability, and don't even get me started on the "renovations". Cheaply done and not worth remotely what the price is. STAY AWAY.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The location is great and that is the main reason we moved here. However they do terrible renovations. Their idea of renovating is painting everything white. Things that shouldnt be painted are painted. There are so many coats of paint on the door that our bedroom doors wont close. The bathroom tub was painted white gloss and it is dangerous to stand in and a hazard. They painted the bars in the closet to where the hangers cant even slide. There is also a hole in the back of the door. Our kitchen sink handle comes off. There is a terrible musty smell throughout the home that wont go away and on top of that. There was an infestation in our fridge. How you could call a place move in ready and charge people $1700 is beyond me. If you can avoid living here, I would advise just that.

Ive lived here shy of 2 months and its been awful. Ive met about 15 of my neighbors in my building and the other buildings and no one is happy. The owners and management is unbelievably incompetent. I could write a book- but just want to warn others off of this place if possible.

I moved in May 2020 and love the complex. The management has followed through on my work orders and fixed anything I needed
