Sora on Rose is a splendid and affordable apartment complex to live in. While I know it has been a difficult transition since Diamond Management bought off the apartment complex during the pandemic, Julie has remained vigilant and dedicated to learning everything to improve the complex. For instance, we all got new energy-efficient windows, the property was painted, new greenery were planted, as well a convenient app to pay for rent was created, to name a few. I have been here for over a year, and I have only experienced a few bugs (cockroaches) after it rains, which is quite normal for any home. There are beautiful sounds of the birds singing in the morning and at dusk. As well there are a lot of trees that give shading, making the complex fresh. I would recommend anyone to live here!

I have lived in this complex for four years but as soon as Diamond Asset Management came in, things went downhill fast. Rent has gone up and service has gone way down. They don't provide accurate dates for work to be done, don't answer the phone or return calls, don't respond to texts or emails, and are basically impossible to get in touch with. I have been trying for a week now to find out when work is being done in my apartment, as I have a dog who is uncomfortable with strangers, and have left multiple messages with no response, except for continued lack of specificity about when the work will be done. I have had to board my dog elsewhere because of their poor communication and I pay pet rent for him to live here. I am beyond frustrated with this "management" of the property and do not recommend renting here.
