        We have been residents at Novella at Arcadia for a year now, wanted to give a shout out to the management for how well they maintain the facilities. This is truly a luxury experience. As part of our renewal process, they offered us a house cleaning, which we accepted. Their folks came in and did a fantastic job, five stars! Good place to be!

        The community is great overall. Management company changed 2-3 times in the past 2 years. The management company now is Mark Taylor and aren't doing a great job: poor communication and ownership of the issues. As a resident, you have to baby sit and hand hold them to do their maintenance job. Very difficult to get a hold of by phone. There is no single point of contact, you will be passed on to different people to talk to. Our main shower has not been working since December (we are in June now). Management has failed to fix it and is still dragging to solve the issue (that we are paying for)

        Just moved In a couple days ago. A couple minor issues needed fixed but Jonah with maintenance Took care of them all within a day. Nice small, quiet community.
