I don't ever write reviews but today I will. I was told over a month ago what to expect for my refund "deposit" of $699 that I put down when I signed my lease. I was told the amount ( alittle over $600) I would be getting back. The Apt was SPOTLESS and I have photos to prove it and magically they kept money from the deposit. One was $125 carpet fee ( so NOW I am told) which they CHARGE EVERYONE regardless of the condition it is in. So glad I took such great care of this place for 2 years only to have more money simply taken away. Ridiculous rental increases 2 years in a row. Just glad this 2 year chapter of my life is now over.

1) it was just leaking, they came out, vacuumed out the condensation line, 2) he changed one pipe that was cracked 3) vacuumed out the condensation line again (it was very clogged ?) fixed the leaking for a week after cleaning out the condensation line again it's right back to leaking again. update: the AC is still leaking 7/23/2022 if you ask them to "fix" something they don't care, all they care about is money. maintenance is great, nice, respectful and friendly. update: specialist came out, fixed the unit. also if you renew your lease it goes up ($1400 now pay 1500+) also if you want to use the fitness center you have to pay $50 for a key card? or 2? COCKROACH INFESTED!!!

Horrible place full of bugs and mold, worts place in the town. Office peoples are so rude. The landscape is full of dogs waste.
