We moved into the Acero apartments 2 months ago while getting our house ready for sale. Needless to say it's been a stressful journey but our stay at Acero has been VERY pleasant. Everyone has been super nice and maintenance handles issues in a timely manner. Yes the flooring and some of the appliances are on the cheap end but everything works and meets our needs. My husband and I were also very surprised at how quiet it is considering we're on the bottom floor. Shout out to the amazing front staff too. Pros: Quiet, close to shops, friendly/responsive staff, kid friendly, great gym Cons: Pricey, cheap appliances

Cheap flooring throughout neighbors will be able to hear every foot step as you will hear there’s. Vinyl flooring began to peel up all over the apartment. Over priced and cheaply made apartments. Sink leaked water since they day I moved in and I was the first one to live In the unit.

I have had quiet an experience here to say the least... But it makes me appreciate these apartments with staff like Viani in the office. She is honestly AMAZING and has really been beyond helpful. She's Always able to answer my questions and if she says she gonna call back by end of day she will. I didn't have a good experience till the office staff switch and she has made my experience here 10x better.

I am so glad we moved into this apartment! Great location conveniently located next to frys and a variety of shops, restaurants and outdoor activities, I also love that the pool and gym are open 24/7. It would be nice if they could keep the lounge/game room open 24/7 as well! Viana and Tawana were very helpful in getting us moved in and in getting us set up for other things we needed after our move in too. I definitely recommend this place!
