Carolina Apartments

Multiple calls no response. Told the were too busy to take my calls. This was through their answering service. Over two weeks no call back. Terrible costumer relation.

Management team is not well organized. Communication isnt so great from office to residents. Some residents get email updates, others dont. Some residents get updates through the mail from management, some residents dont. Some residents get keys to gates and the laundry room, others dont. Building is almost collapsing, theres water damage on the second floor balcony, wood structure that is holding up the balcony is basically rotting away im sure if someone kicks the wood beam it will break in half. When I moved in I told them there were missing outlet covers with the Inventory Move-In Check List which I sent to the office through email and they never came to place the cover. We have a stackable dryer which bottom dryer hasnt been working for about a month now and nobody has been sent to get it fixed which is funny because the USPS mail man that delivers to these apartments had said that the Property Managers came on site about a week or two ago and nothing has been done. Windows are old with no insulation making us residents pay more on light bill. They dont provide A/C filters and charge us a $15 processing fee to pay the rent when we directly GO TO THE OFFICE to pay. Yes they have a service which does not have extra charges which is made online but I hope they know not everybody is tech-savy and that theres elders who cannot or simply dont have the means to be able to deal with technology. I give it a 3 star because although theres a lot of cons, its fairly quiet here and landscape is well maintained which in reality isnt much with the office and has more to do with residents and people who WORK for the property owners/managers.
