Modena Apartments

This airmens complex is terrible there is bugs everywhere the management does nothing for ground maintenance the pool has been dirty for weeks . There been a broken tree in the court yard for a week and they do nothing about it

DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE. For the few years Ive lived here the maintenance crew has been absolute garbage. They dont fix anything they just put bandaids on it. Today, they came and tried to fix a pipe that we didnt even ask to be fixed, and they turned a pipe in our laundry room the wrong way AND FLOODED OUR ENTIRE APARTMENT. Never consider living here. It will be the worst experience of your life.

I dont recommend this apartment....the pic on the website is not what you see in person....the managment is not that best

I have not lived here, but I signed up for a virtual tour of a two bedroom, got multiple confirmation texts and emails confirming the date and time of my virtual tour. When I logged on for the tour, no one from Modena logged on, I waited 15 minutes then called them, and when I called they said there werent any two beds available to show. So why was I able to schedule the tour for that time, and why wasnt I contacted ahead of time about it? It was a complete waste of my time. Just a very unprofessional first experience, I dont think I will move forward with applying here.

Do NOT even consider moving here! It is a "gated community" but in the last year I think I could count on my hand how many days the gates actually worked. My car was stolen out of the parking lot due to the gates not being secure. My neighbor's car was also vandalized and all windows were slashed. I cannot imagine we are the only ones having issues with this. I highly recommend looking elsewhere!
