        Schedulers and service folks are 5*. But they service manger/company will not provide transparent pricing. Parts and labor are lump sum and they will not break it out. Statement: "We provide book plus labor and it is competitive but we cannot break it out. Cost is roughly 60% parts/40% labor. But if you provide the parts then the cost will be 60% labor". Yup, no transparency and sliding costs depending on the situation.

        We got prompt service when our air conditioner stopped working. Technician J.C. stuck around to investigate the issue and made sure our system was up and running. Very grateful to Howard Air and J.C. for exceptional service. Also we are grateful to Tanner who’s always helped us with our system. He called back make sure we were ok and I appreciate that so much!
