Our AC was not cooling below 80. I did call Joe in the morning he called 30 min later and told me his technician, Julio will come between 2-5. His tech arrived at 2 worked for 2 hours, our AC needed lots of Freon which got very expensive and Julio had repaired a leakage. AC is working well and the house is cold again. outstanding service, the same day. They do not charge for service call they come and check the problem and its up to you if you want them to repair or call another company, no pressure!! Service: A/C system repair

Wow! Fair, and honest Day one Julio the technician arrived on time. He was respectfully, knowledgeable, and friendly. After he inspected my a/c unit free of charge he explained my options. I choose the a/c unit rejuvenation. Day 2 I made an appointment, Day 3. He again arrived on time, his work was thorough, and in just a few hours my now rejuvenated system is running quite, cool, and smooth. He took pictures/ video of the work he did. He also showed me the old parts replaced and explained what they were. Im extremely pleased with the techs service and the entire company as a whole. Service: A/C system repair

My central air conked out and my house was heating up quickly. Cool/Hot Guys was very responsive when I called after-hours. They were able to come right out and had me up and running in a matter of minutes. Their service was excellent and pricing was extremely fair. These guys are now my go to for anything HVAC.
