THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I just switched providers and started seeing Dr Olstein. I am SO glad I did because I am getting the help I need, which I wasn't receiving from previous provider. There is no judgement or criticism here from anyone, just understanding. MELISSA, the office manager is so kind and caring. Everyone I've spoken to here are the same, including MEGAN. If you have ANY issues, questions or concerns they get back to you very quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking help in recovery!

Hello! my name is Michelle Trump I started my journey at Direct2Recovery one year ago. I was so scared and nervous but I knew I needed to change the direction of my life .The first voice I heard when i called was a little angel Melissa that picked up my call for help ,I was in the office later that day to get my life revolving around the good person i was but not short of who i was becoming . The next day I went in meeting everyone else they brought me in so tenderly walking me though every step i took. Ms.Elana my treating physician just took me under her big white wing has now a year later let me fly solo but always with a careful eye watching out for me if I ever need her ,I'm so very grateful to have had this honor and a new function in my life called control and it's a part of me that I will never let go of.There kind meaningful words of wisdom will always be what starts my day and takes me through the rest ,I will always every month be so excited a year later to go to a place where I learn something new about myself ," I still have control of my actions ", I feel more excited to go every month I have understanding and meaning in my life now. I owe my everything to my direct2recovery team for hanging in there with me when i thought i had nothing else to offer, they put the world back in my hands where I now have control. Thank you so much I love everyone of you as big as the sky is blue.

I really love this place, Camille is the sweetest lady & she really cares about you & your sobriety. She listens & helps with whatever you need. The whole staff makes me feel really comfortable & like I matter as a human. Not just an addict. 5/5 recommend this place if you are trying to start on your path to recovery.

By far one of the most helpful and legit clinics I've ever went to. Extremely genuine and humble. They take away all the stress factors associated with starting sobriety. The staff literally will help you with whatever as long as you are there to help yourself and Meet them in the middle. Highly recommended.

The doctor who was there prior was a great doctor, she has since left and now there is a new provider, she is okay but they don't spend to much time with you at the appointments. But to deal with the office staff namely Melissa, is not good. Makes you feel like you shouldn't call to be getting help. Very rude, she assumes things are communicated but are not and then she is upset at you for not knowing or she tells you things have been communicated when they never have.
