Intensive Treatment Systems

I've been going to ITS over two weeks now on Suboxone and they still haven't finished an intake interview I tried to see the counselor every time I come here and they're always too busy the place is really understaffed and, as far as I'm concerned, unprofessional. They just want you hooked on the dope they give you. It is 7 months later and I have 11 months clean and sober now. I have been off of Suboxone for 5 months also! I have been through some training to get qualified for helping others get through substance abuse and other behavioral health related issues. I just want to say that I owe a big Thank You to the staff at ITS. I know they do the best they can do to help people, and I see the challenges facing them with limited budget and funding restrictions constantly changing. Life is definitely better on this side of it, and without you people I wouldn't know it. Thank you for going to work and being there when people need you.

I am giving this place a 5 star rating because I have the best counselor Jaymilyn! She has helped me so much through my recovery has been very consistent and always checking up on me. I feel like I can trust her as Ive had other counseling where it seems like they just there for a pay check. Jaymilyn has taken the time to get to know me with no judgment. Its amazing that whenever I tell her something about my life the next time she sees me shell follow up on whatever it was, makes me feel cared for. Ive been with her for 6 months and Ive been clean for 7 months and if it wasnt for her help I dont know if Id be this strong in my recovery. Although the clinic itself has a lot of things they should change for the best care for their patients but having Jaymilyn on their team really makes up for what is slacking. Thank you Jaymilyn, as long as she works at ITS Ill only stay under her care! And if yall are in the fence about getting clean or resources etc visit Jaymilyn in ITS shell really look out for your best interest!

I love ITS they really do care about me and helping me get and stay clean. And as far as being denied treatment for being positive for benzos that is because methadone and benzos are not supposed to be prescribed together @ previous comment in the reviews methadone and Bengals are both damaged and slow the heart rate which can be extremely dangerous which is most likely why that person was denied treatment.

Marissa and Obidia rock! ITS over CMS. I like a place that tailors recovery around the individual. They dont just sell you on what the company makes money on. Not a fan of Methadone, never have been, nor will I ever be. Too much room for abuse. Personal opinion if it works for you, Im happy for you, however it never worked for me and was painfully slow going up or down in dosage, took suboxone for a month here and have been on vivitrol ever since. (Once a month injection, no cravings, no use) If you want help, I highly recommend ITS, awesome staff! They care and are always working to hold you accountable, keep you safe, and help you reach your goals. #Sobriety #ITS
