I called all day yesterday. I have been calling since 8am. They do not answer their phones. I have been on hold for 20 plus minutes. Cant even leave a voicemail. I also emailed them at 730am and yet to get a response. They gave me a violation warning even though i had spoken to the manager and customer service about the issue already. They told me they put it on my file and i should be good!!!!! Now im getting notices and cant contact anybody.

KYRA COFFEY. Was excellent person to work with salving HOA violations, Kyra guided me all the way and made sure I did all tasks up to the codes, I really appreciate having someone like her on the board of HOA committee.

Shout out to Karissa and Hailey, They are a pleasure to work with and very friendly and helpful. They ensured I understood the information that I had previously misunderstood. They walked me through the process of submitting information and explained the stuff that I was unable to understand in a way I would.
