        I always get road hazard protection for my tires. A major competitor of Big O includes road hazard protection by default unless you ask for it to be removed. I got two tires at this shop and they didn't ask me about the road hazard protection and didn't include it. I didn't think to ask about it. Now a few months later my tire is damaged due to a road hazard and I'm on the hook for a new $300+ tire. I had them do an engine repair for me and when I got it back it smelled funny. Turns out that the vehicle was returned to me with an oil leak. I won't be returning here.
