      image I brought in my refrigerator shelf to replace the tempered glass and was informed it would be ready the next day. They assured me they'd give me a call. However, two days went by without any communication, so I decided to reach out. The woman who answered mentioned that they might need to order the glass and promised to call me back. That was 5 days ago. Today, when I called, a man answered, recognized me, and said he would call me back as it should have been completed. Now, I'll wait to see how long it takes for the callback.
