        I placed an order with this company in early Decemeber and never once did anyone follow up with us on next steps--just a hand shake during measurements and that they would get the job done in 8 weeks. Fast forward to late January, both Sam and David have zero clue about the measurements, the job, and their only rebuttal was "you never placed a deposit or paid for the job"? I'm beyond frustrated with the lack of management, attention to detail, and the overall professionalism of this company--not to mention how badly this error/oversight has affected our project's timeline. Do yourself a favor and look for another window company that respects your time and values your business.
