Very professional workers. Iric the project manager, a very knowledgeable young man that we were blessed to have, did a great job. Everyday that he was here, he walked this process out with us, by telling us step by step on how the drying was coming along. He read numbers to us same figures that he was logging onto his worksheets so this made it a more personal relationship with his us, as his customer. Your company is one of the first companies in a very long time that we have experienced being timely. We would receive a text to confirm the time frame and Your workers were right on time. Calvin was extremely knowledgeable about our major toilet failure and ceiling and wood damage mitigation. He is very professional and was always available to answer our questions. He answered our call even on his day off. He worked with our home insurance folks to keep them appraised of what was going on and he was a great advocate on our behalf.
