Had a leak issue and within 45 Minutes of notification Tim Hill was on site. Professional, confident, thorough follow-up, Tim did an outstanding job of diagnosing the issue and working with his company to get a plan of action. Tim is the epitome of how customer service should displayed, cannot recommend Tim and Copper State enough.
