        I'd give 0 stars if possible. Mom got her tires rotated on Wednesday 4/3. She found 2 lug nuts almost falling off after she got home. Told manager and he seemed uninterested and went on to tell me they have safety protocols in place to avoid this. Well, clearly someone failed to follow safety protocols. The manager didn't even care to take our info to investigate who didn't do their job. Save your lives and go somewhere else!!!!

        Chase helped me adjust my tire pressure and even gave me a tool to check the pressure myself. We are going to see if the adjustment works or if I need new tires but with his recommendations I feel Ill be safe on the road. I got help within 15 minutes with no appointment.
