I am a sucker for a good resale shop and I love a clean and well organized store! I surprise even myself with wanting to return multiple times no matter what the sale of the day is. Great store and wonderful staff!

I failed to ask about any Veterans discounts and paid for my transaction when my wife walked up and asked Rachel the cashier about any veterans discounts and as Rachel was printing out my receipt said yes we do and smiled and said its too late you already paid. It was like getting slapped in the face! I will not be returning.

Well, the past two times I have shopped there the experience has been at least 25% better. I raised them a star and I feel like they new employees the hired are young and willing to have a good attitude with the public! Regardless of the age differences. I plan to go within the next week and will adjust my review accordingly! :) ************************************************************ Don't Ruin Your Day! This is without doubt the most excruciating shopping experience I've had in a long time. And unfortunately, I have given this business between five to ten chances to redeem themselves: with their customer service, pricing and selection. If I could rate this establishment with NO STAR I would definitely be more than happy to do so. The cashier once again with extremely rude, prices were ridiculous, and while it was clean it did not make up for the bad taste left in my mouth EACH time I've been in. I WILL NOT under any circumstances give them a second look from here forward. The cashier it's a bitter, nasty Troll of human being. If I were a child I'd be petrified of her.

Used to be decent but prices are outlandish now, 5.49 for used t-shirts. The signs that say t-shirts are 1.50 are still posted but not honored. Staff is nice at least. They also do auctions for stuff which is ridiculous. Will not be going back ever again. Edit: I think you are missing the point, the shirts were 1.50 the last time I came in and now USED t-shirts are 5.49, with a sign up that says T-shirts 1.50. When I got to the register I was informed even though there was a sign that says "T-Shirts 1.50" that T-shirts were not 1.50, only plain t-shirts. So take the sign down, also I appreciate the store is for a good cause but sorry 5.49 for a used T-Shirt is just unacceptable. Thank you for your response though.

Can't give it any more stars thr is so much on how they do thr workers let's just say you would think that a thrift store would be more willing to help someone at a better chance in life for the better but thats not the case they fire you for your background idc your a thrift store your not a bank and your judgmental people make mistakes or couldn't afford a real lawyer to prove thr innocent so sometimes they get stuck with a background that don't belong to them instead of looking beyond that and seeing how much of a good hard worker they are you judge them based off whatever the courts get away with putting on them well I will not shop at any of your stores and I will make it a point to share my thoughts with everyone I know to make sure they don't shop nor donate to your store SHAME ON YOU
