Main St Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center

Seriously who is in charge of pricing? You are charging $100 for a donated train set? Not in a box? Not worth it. Unbelievable. These prices are outrageous at a thrift store, not an antique store but a thrift store. You took away 50% Saturdays and you are charging department store prices for DONATED item! With these prices in your stores, I hope your employees are making more than $13 an hour.

Great experience because it's so convenient to be able to drive or even walk to the goodwill store it's just two blocks from my house and I hope it stays on main street and Lindsay road in Mesa Arizona

Management are judgmental idiots. Needed to use the bathroom came out and got accused for smoking i Wasnt even the only one in there. Way to make a paying customer feel welcomed..

Their prices at Goodwill are always MORE EXPENSIVE than new items at Ross or TJ Maxx.I shop many of the little thrift stores and give them my money, they truly give to charities such as the Vets etc...

Let's get into it.... EMPLOYEES: Very rude and not very friendly. You can tell the female employees specifically hate their jobs... Anytime I've had a question about something like a price for example, they roll their eyes and huff n puff as if it's hard work and inconveniencing them. As if they were doing anything else? I generally will find an employee who is just standing around it one that doesn't seem busy to ask for help with anything. Anyway, moving on.... The store is brand new, so it's a very clean store, although their racks get more and more full, and more and more chaotic each time I visit! I can only assume that the reason their racks are becoming more cramped is because they can't sell estimated 85% of the items for sale due to the EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES that they are asking their customers to pay! I mean, everyone knows those Walmart spaghetti strap shirts for women. The ones they ALWAYS HAVE PRICED AT $2.00 OR LESS??? Well, this store has 3 brand new Walmart spaghetti strap shirts with tags still intact. Each shirt is a different price completely although they are all the same shirt with tags, just different colors. Not one of those prices were less than $6.99! The more expensive one was $9.99!!! Like ...whaaaaat?? They have a wonderful selection of purses and handbags however, they are EXTREMELY OVER PRICED AS WELL!!! ASKING FOR $14.99 FOR A BAG, WHICH ISN'T EVEN NAME BRAND WITH MELTED CANDY AT THE BOTTOM OF IT AND FRAYED STRAPS!!!; I MEAN THE BAG HAD NO LOGO ON IT AND REMINDED ME OF MY GREAT GREAT NANAS PURSE FROM OVER 25 YEARS AGO!!! ANYWAYS, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE TO BE HONEST.
