Arizona Pool Guy

Steer clear of this company. Several months ago I purchased a pool heat pump from them and they failed to disclose all of the potential ongoing cost information. No problem as perhaps I did not ask enough questions. No I asked them to sell and install a Wi-Fi control system. They came and installed the system and left without helping us with the necessary app and connecting to Wi-Fi and the heater. They emailed partial information and a link that would not open. I texted and called back and forth to the receptionist who was rude. She kept going back and forth with the installed who would not call me directly. At this point is is not working. Buyer beware. They have a 2.9 rating on google for business for a reason.

They did a complete pool remodel and new pump. Started with Bud who did a great job and was able to answer all questions and provided additional information to consider. Project Managers Kevin and Tucker were also awesome and very helpful. Polly in the office was also great. They all provided great customer service. The actual workers were very considerate of our yard and bushes surrounding the pool. The work done looks absolutely beautiful and I would not hesitate to call them if I ever have another pool to remodel. I have no complaints whatsoever with the entire process. Thank you for a great job.
