We set up to buy pool with Richmond Homes two years ago to start the pool when home was finished. Signed house on 9/30/22. Platinum finally started 1/23, only to be almost July and only cement hole in the ground. We have offered to have them just do the pool so we can move on with someone else but turned us down. The 3-d picture and the plot map do not match. They wont change and give us what we really wanted. Even though we were willing to pay. Everyone around us getting pools done in a timely matter. I ask neighbors and they all say with other pool companies very communicative. Not Platinum. Larry Simmons is the owner and is starting another business azbackyard lifestyles. They have great reviews. We can only assume they are putting Platinum Pools aside to get that business up and running. All we want is communication and fairness. At this point not showing that. This company was given to us through our builder Richmond American and they have been the worst. Other neighbors who went with Shasta who moved in after me have fully functioning pools and back yard. I am still sitting with a 1/2 done pool for over a year. They do not respond and their management team has not even tried to clear up the mess they have made. The worst service I have EVER HAD. I would never do business and will tell the world that this company is terrible and has taken NO accountability for what they have done/not done. Professionalism is out the window, save yourself and do not use this company. You will do more work then they do trying to keep them on task. Service: Fiberglass swimming pool construction

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We loved Paul and the design he created but that was the only thing good about this company. They are horrible at communicating and if you don't push them, they won't do anything. We signed our contract in April of 2021 and nothing happened until March of 2022 and the first day they were on our property we had an issue that was never resolved.We were ghosted for weeks and months at a time, every single person on the team made commitments they couldn't keep and when mistakes were made, they didn't fix them. Zero communication and consideration. When we escalated via email to the owner complaining about the office staff lying, he sent the email to the same office person we were complaining about and never once contacted me about it. Even one of his project managers admitted that he had to tell us "something" vs. the truth.Once they were fired, they were here more than they ever were before harassing the new company we hired, trying to get in my yard even after we told them they are no longer allowed.  We notified our security front gate that they were not allowed in our yard and on two different occasions, they still tried to come in.  Our new contractor was well aware of this company didn't have nice things to say either.I could keep going but its not worth it.  Please just trust me, don't use this company. The owner, Larry Simmons, is disrespectful, unprofessional and refuses to acknowledge their mistakes. It's unfortunate.  We now are getting ready to file a lawsuit against this company to get our deposit back so wish us luck!
