Denise was wonderful to work with. I sold my parents home in East Mesa because of a life changing event. She knew the area and knew the right price point to list the house. The house sold in less than a week for full asking price. Because I live in North Phoenix, Denise was willing to help me with meeting landscaping crews and cleaning crews at the property that saved me multiple trips to Mesa. She kept me informed during the whole process and was always willing to help in one way or another. I would highly recommend Denise for your real estate needs, she truly is a professional when it comes to selling or buying your house.

We have bought and sold with Denise and she was phenomenal in both transactions. We recently sold our home with her and moved out of state; I only wish she would have moved with us to be our realtor on the east coast. She communicates not only every step of the way, but every part of every step. She is available night or day, weekday or weekend. She is truly your advocate and works with the other agents to make everything seamless. She treated my boys if they were one of her own and always respected our wishes with covid (and ensured others did as well). Denise, we cant thank you enough. Denise and I met by chance through a Zillow rental listing. Hands down, one of the best chance meetings I've ever had! Husband and I were thinking about moving from Dallas to Phoenix area to be closer to family. I was scoping the real estate market and Denise met me at a potential rental listing as a favor to the mgmt group. She was so delightful and willing to help me despite solid plans. Fast forward 3 months later, husband gets laid off and offered a virtual job; my job is already virtual, so I call Denise to help us find a very specific rental type in LESS THAN A MONTH. Her professionalism balanced realism and positivity- and she landed the perfect place! Fast forward 10 months later - we love the Phoenix area and want to buy a house 3 months before our lease is up.
