Rude agents who decided to call someone a liar after stating that their family member got bad new about their health - which is why they decided to go a different route. They directly contacted to tell them they wasted their time - absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. Jack should be ashamed of himself for the way he acted and the lack of empathy and compassion he showed.
