Platinum Grooming

Customer service was absolutely astonishing. They were very helpful from the moment they texted me to confirm my appointment. They answered any questions i had. They were the absolute sweetest to my cat who had never been groomed before. My cat has a lot of hair and they didnt seem put out at all about him. I had a hard time scheduling to get him groomed anywhere else. Thank you Platinum Grooming for making my cat feel so safe and fresh during this process!

Over all it was good for being Charlies first grooming appointment ever . I did get an off vibe at the end .. but over all good

I was late for my appointment but they still squeeze me in did a great job getting my dog to look handsome wonderful people to work with great staff! Highly recommend them
