Wow had me on methadone and hydrocodone didn't tell me.i would be risking my life though hmmm this isn't very good I think that the pain management doc needs to be looked at just pushing pills onto me I'm not a machine

Very Disappointed with this unprofessional, unexperienced office staff !I came in for my visit at the beginning of the week. I always pay a co-pay and thats it.. the unexperienced Young office staff was telling me I have to pay on top of my co-pay every time as well which would equal over $200 each time I come. I told her that is not correct . I am only supposed to pay a co-pay. I Will not pay the extra Fee and of course she couldnt explain why they were trying to charge me more. I Did not get anywhere with this . I tried calling billing for the past 48 hours throughout both days, to speak to someone about the error they must have in their system , no one will answer the phone or return phone calls, this is ridiculous! I enjoyed seeing Dr.Gibb for the past couple years, but I will not be returning.! I will find a new Dr.!

I have also been a patient of Dr Bowden for approx 8 years. I think he is great. I am like a bionic women from numerous surgeries, and Dr. Bowden has helped me recover from the surgeries and survive long-term. He has offered several options for pain management, and, has carefully monitored any pain meds ordered. When injections are necessary, he has administered these injection as painlessly as possible. I am a fan, and don't believe the negative reviews fairly represent this practice.

This office doesn't seem to care much about the pain their patients are suffering. My husband had an appointment over a month ago for ablation on his low back. He got Covid, so had to cancel. He tested negative a few days later, and has been trying to make an appointment for a month. Nobody bothers to return his calls, or try to help in any way. Nor do they try to find out what the holdup is when he finally talks to a live person. Maybe someone will read this and do something about the poor to nonexistent service.
