Canyon Pain

I have been with Dr. Bowden for over 8 years at different locations. It was wonderful to see him set-up his own practice with Canyon Pain and Spine. Dr. Bowden can be one of the best drs you see for pain. His staff is new and has changed but very caring and kind. But with the new has come changes and the changes have not been great. Phone calls have gone unreturned. You sometimes have to deal with 3 or 4 staff to get the problem solved. And often times it is miscommunicated. And in my case it has been the same problem for the last year and it has been very frustrating when you have to deal with it month after month.

They don't answer the phone or return calls. I'm in a lot more unnecessary pain because of them. Vary unprofessional. Update: Took them almost 5 weeks to return a call. Was able to get appointment the next day. The Staff and doctor were good. Although it seem like the doctor was in a hurry. When I asked a question the doctor was already in the doorway trying leave. Felt like he had better things to do.
