I have been calling and unable to get through to anyone for weeks I went on their site to request a call back and its been days and still no call back and unable to get through to someone. Switching to a new OB cause this is getting out of hand

This team of doctors is seriously A+. I have three children and each pregnancy was different. However with Dr. Thomas as my ob, my pregnancy and delivery was by far the best out of my three children. Him, his wife and staff are one of the best teams you could have on your side. I recently had a follow up appointment with Nurse practitioner Linda and she is such a joy and really made my whole experience comfortable. She really listened to my concerns and helped me try and figure out what my problems were. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Unfortunately, I was one of the few with multiple bad experiences at this office. Dr. Bickley is really nice and will give you his time, however wait times are ridiculous, sometimes I waited an hour and a half to be seen. Secondly, I had a pretty traumatic birthing experience but I wont get into that. I wasnt going to write a review until the incident that happened yesterday. I am currently pumping trying to wean breast feeding and I started to feel like I was getting mastitis, chills, fever, body aches, headache. I called their office and left a voicemail for the nurse. I never heard back. I called again 3 hrs later and the nurse picked up and just said she relayed my message to the doctor. I never heard from them again. I then called when the office was closed AGAIN and was supposed to hear back from the on call doctor. I never got a call back. I ended up going to urgent care to get this taken care of. Mastitis isnt to be taken lightly or any concern from patients and I am just super disappointed because I thought I picked a good office. I was wrong!
