    Wonderful providers and staff. I don't want to take any credit away from them. All the great reviews are true of them. From the ultrasounds to Dr. Patel. But, it's very unfortunate for a phone system to discredit the entire experience. If only you're able to break through their TERRIBLE phone system. I think they have a central office that answers (screens) all calls. Every time I call, I have at least a 20 minute hold time. That's not even guaranteeing I speak with someone. Don't use the "call back" option, they don't call you back. I waited 21 minutes today for an automated recording asking me to leave a voice message. They also don't answer emails you leave from their "contact us" option on the website. I'm asking for a different MFM. I can't deal with this for another 18+ weeks. I have a job.

    Terrible experience here, similar to other reviews. Was referred to this office by my doctor for a question regarding migraine medication. I set up an appointment and asked on the phone and in office how much the appointment would cost. On the phone they said they could tell me in office, in the office they told me my copay would show up on the iPad when I registered as a new patient. My copay said $0. I had my consultation and the doctor told me to try taking extra strength Tylenol but that I could take my migraine medication if the Tylenol didn’t work. He also kept asking me if I had any other questions and then was struggling to send me emails with information on my questions. Little did I know, if the appointment lasts 45 min the charge is $650 (my insurance told me this after I got the bill and I called them in a panic). I now feel like I was given the run around about the price when I asked and that the doctor purposely drew out what should have been a quick appointment in order to be able to charge me more money. When I asked about pricing what they should have said was it is $650 for a 45min consultation but we don’t know how much of that your insurance will cover. I do not recommend this doctor’s office.

    Super friendly staff. They are all caring and wonderful at explaining everything. Unfortunately, there is a doctor at this location that doesn't care to listen to her patients and has her mind set on what she wants. She also likes to attempt to use scare tactics in order to get you to do what she wants. Which doesn't work for me. The unprofessionalism is sad and she ruined my opinion of this practice.

    I'm really disappointed with my overall experience with this office. I was referred to this office from my OBGYN, who told me they would call me to schedule after their office verified that they accepted my insurance. If they didn’t they would send it back and they would find me a different office. Well they called me to schedule a couple weeks later and due to Covid they were scheduling a few weeks out. Ok so I waited a few weeks and the day before I received an appointment reminder with their address and time with no other communication. I showed up and the office was closed so I called. They told me that they were sorry no one called and that took time off and drove out there but they were only taking appointments out of their Chandler office. They said just to go home and they would have the doctor call me. He called me two hours later, we talked for 10 min. I received a huge bill in mail a month later for a 25 min visit saying they didn’t have my insurance information. I called and provided it. They called me back and told me oh by the way we don’t accept your insurance, the cost is out of pocket. I complained and asked why they would confirm coverage and schedule me and the lady apologized saying that someone made a mistake and they shouldn’t have. She said she would have her office manager call me back. No one has returned my call for two weeks and I received a notification email to make my full payment this morning . This office is so shady, has terrible communication and doesn’t actually care about their patients. I’m disgusted.
