I went in for catalytic converter work and came out with a cracked manifold. I took it back stating I could hear the exhaust leak, and they said they didn't find anything wrong with the vehicle. After getting a second opinion elsewhere, my suspicions were confirmed!

I wouldn't recommend anyone here that bring in their own exhaust kits or if you don't own a V8. I appreciate the straightforward attitude of Rick but It felt like he didn't want to help me period after talking to him for a bit. Gave it a chance even though my gut said not too and going by recommendations from people who had work done by his shop and i was totally disappointed having my car kept their all day on Saturday. Offering no solutions or custom exhaust options by them, I was billed $100 so they can put my oem exhaust back on so I can have a ride home. Leaving it in the shop wouldn't have been a problem but it just seemed as though they really didn't care or want to work with me and gave me a bill and a bunch of excuses as to why they couldn't do anything for my car.
